Held every year in Aizawl around International Chef’s Day on October 20th, Chef’s Connect celebrates the art of cooking and the chefs behind it. In line with global culinary associations, MCA aims to create an unforgettable event that elevates the status of the profession, promotes the importance of healthy and sustainable food practices, and raises public awareness about food waste.
