The Mizoram Culinary Association (MCA) provides a platform for culinary professionals, educators, students, food enthusiasts and allied stakeholders to connect, learn, collaborate and contribute to the development of Mizoram’s culinary sector.

Our activities focus on culinary education, professional development, culinary heritage preservation, networking, competitions, knowledge exchange and community engagement. Through these initiatives, MCA seeks to strengthen the culinary profession while promoting the rich food traditions and gastronomic identity of Mizoram.
