The Mizoram Culinary Association (MCA), a professional organization for chefs, was established in 2024 by its Founder Member, Dr. Sunil Kumar. MCA is the official representation of culinary professionals in Mizoram and is committed to preserving and promoting the rich culinary heritage of the region.
MCA is a passionate community of chefs, culinary students, educators, and industry professionals, all dedicated to advancing the art of cooking and showcasing Mizo cuisine. Our members come from diverse backgrounds, including seasoned chefs, hospitality management educators, and corporate chefs from various food and equipment brands.
