The Mizoram Culinary Association (MCA), a professional organization for chefs, was established in 2024 by its Founder Member, Dr. Sunil Kumar. MCA is the official representation of culinary professionals in Mizoram and is committed to preserving and promoting the rich culinary heritage of the region.
