Junior  Membership
This membership is designed for students pursuing a degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Catering Management. With a membership fee of Rs. 1500/-, this membership is valid until the completion of the course. Upon course completion, members can transition to professional membership by following the outlined procedure. Membership approval is at the sole discretion of the Forum Committee, and the membership fee must be paid before pre-approval.
Membership benefits include:

• Access to MCA events, workshops, and competitions

• Networking opportunities with industry professionals

• Mentorship from experienced chefs and culinary experts

Professional Membership
This membership is open to chefs holding positions of Chef de Partie or higher. Once approved, the membership is valid for a lifetime. Membership approval is determined by the Forum Committee, and fees must be submitted prior to pre-approval.
Membership categories and fees:

Rs. 10000/- (Ten Thousand only) for lifetime 30% Off  on lifetime Membership

Rs. 3000/- (Three Thousand only) for one Year Benefits include:

• Lifetime access to MCA’s exclusive culinary events and competitions

• Recognition within Mizoram’s culinary community

• Chef jacket provided as part of the membership

Corporate Membership
Corporate membership is designed for organizations in the food and hospitality industry seeking to support and collaborate with MCA. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of the Forum Committee, and fees must be paid prior to membership pre-approval.
Membership categories and fees:

• Rs. 15,000/-  (Annual Membership)

Corporate members gain access to:

• Partnership opportunities with MCA

• Branding and sponsorship at MCA events

• Networking with top culinary professionals and businesses in Mizoram
